What Our Clients Say
The Dell Round Rock Campus was an incredible challenge; over 800,000 square feet on an extremely fast-track schedule. Dynamic Systems joined the team ‘hitting the ground running.’ Their technical skills combined with a proactive, team approach to solving problems contributed greatly to our overall success at Dell. We looked on DSI as one of us, not the adversarial Sub vs. GC vs. Owner mentality that oftentimes develops. This was a project where contractors, designers and owners had to become one with a common set of goals and objectives. Dynamic System’s ‘do whatever it takes’ approach helped us meet Dell’s very aggressive schedule goals, delivering a quality product on time and under budget with no lost time accidents. We look to DSI as our mechanical contractor of choice for our most challenging projects.Rusty Morgan

DSI in the role of mechanical/plumbing subcontractor was a major contributor to the bottom line for the Westin Beechwood Fort Worth Hotel. During an intensive value engineering exercise, DSI was very creative in providing the ownership with attractive cost alternatives, the majority of which were implemented. I have worked with many M/P subcontractors, but none as quality-oriented and installation-efficient as the DSI team. The hotel opened 35 days early, due in no small part to the “whatever it takes” attitude of the DSI team. DSI will be on the bid list for all my future projects.John M. Irvin

DSI has been a vital part of our team on the Methodist West Houston Hospital project. Bringing your firm on early in the project was very beneficial in establishing and maintaining the project budget, as well as utilizing constructability comments in completing the Mechanical/Plumbing systems. With less than a year to bring the project to a substantial completion, we are on track for a successful finish.Craig Williams, Sr.,
