

The Omni Hotel and Condominiums project is located in downtown Ft. Worth adjacent to the Fort Worth Convention Center. It is designed as a convention center headquarter hotel and provides additional meeting space in a high-end atmosphere. It also houses 83 high-end condominiums, the first of their kind in downtown Fort Forth.
The facility is 33 stories above ground, three stories underground, for a total of 1,100,000 square foot floor space. The building houses 618 guest rooms and suites rated 4 Diamond, 83 Condos, five restaurants and bars, two Ballrooms, a full service spa, two exercise areas, on-site laundry and two rooftop pools along with several rooftop barbecues and fire pits. The project incorporated more than 192,000 feet of pipe and 190,000 pounds of sheet metal.
