

Lonza Pearland’s main purpose includes building up cell and gene therapy capabilities. This facility will house independent, modular, FDA-certified cleanrooms for viral research with the capabilities to add more after project completion. It also includes lab space to support the research.
According to Lonza, the facility will be part of their purpose: “To continue to develop novel therapies offering hope of improving the lives of patients all over the world.”
The specialty utilities Dynamic Systems, Inc. was responsible for would include:
• Process Gasses (IA, O2, CO2, MA, N2)
• Liquid Nitrogen System
• Plumbing and Mechanical Systems for 10 Cleanrooms and 2 Lab Spaces
• Install, Set and Startup of 29 AHU’s, 6 Water Heaters, 8 Air Cooled Chillers
