About: Matt is responsible for the DSI Austin service department. He began his career as a HVAC mechanic 23 years ago in 2000 and has been involved in many different mechanical & plumbing markets. As a service project manager, he joined DSI in 2019 and quickly became the current service manager.

About: Ryan started in the business in 2007. He completed the plumbing apprenticeship in 2012. Shortly after completing the apprenticeship, He moved up into management. He has overseen multiple large projects that had great success. He joined the project management/ operation team in 2017. He worked at LMI in Denver Colorado for 15 years before moving to Texas and joining the DSI family in October 2022.

About: Kevin joined the DSI team in Oct of 2022. Prior to coming to DSI, Kevin worked in the MEP industry for 7 years as a Business Development Manager for a regional MEP contractor and Area Manager for a boiler service contractor and boiler manufacturers rep. He has been in facility sales for over 10 years and has built strong relationships with many facility managers, property owners and property managers throughout Central Texas. Having a project management background in the commercial irrigation industry and the electrical manufacturing industry, gives him solid understanding of what makes successful projects once deals are sold and are implemented in the field.
