| About | Jay currently serves as Senior Vice President with responsibilities for all field and shop fabrication nationwide. He is a current member of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) and maintains NEBB Supervisors Certification. He has served on the NEBB board for six years and is a past president of the board. He is currently on the Austin JATC apprenticeship board. Before joining DSI as a Field Superintendent, Jay worked in San Antonio for an established mechanical contractor. He graduated from the SMWIA Apprenticeship Program in 1983 for Local 67 in San Antonio. |
