The Healthcare Services Corporation (HCSC) new data center in Ft. Worth, Texas, was designed and constructed to meet the processing needs of an expanding organization. Acquisition of Blue Cross Blue Shield, and sustained growth in diversified insurance plans made HCSC the largest customer-owned health insurer in the United States.
This created the need for additional data recovery and enhanced business continuity capabilities. HCSC’s new 260,000-square-foot data center in the Alliance Airport area of North Ft. Worth allows for a continuous near-time replication of data utilizing the latest technological advancements.
